Shipping and Handling
Our normal shipping charges are based on weight and are detailed below:
UK Mainland only*, up to 3 Sledges in the same order = Total weight up to 10kg. If the same order exceeds 10kg we charge extra per 10kg.
Northern Ireland only*, up to 3 Sledges in the same order = Total weight up to 10kg. If the same order exceeds 10kg we charge extra per 10kg.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the cheapest carriage charges will always be available as options for you to choose in the Checkout process.

We will normally ship your order as described here:
1/Orders placed before 10am will normally be despatched the same working day.
2/Orders placed after 10am will normally be despatched the next working day.
We will normally send your order to you using our Next Day Delivery services. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions beyond our control may delay dispatch or delivery. We will make every attempt to dispatch your order under adverse weather conditions, but we cannot be responsible for our carriers not being able to complete delivery under these circumstances. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You must let the delivery company know at the point of delivery if the goods appear damaged.
