| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments and Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We only deliver to the UK. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post, please contact us first to arrange this. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling Our normal Next Day shipping charges are based on weight and are detailed below: UK Mainland only, up to 3 Sledges in the same order = £6.99, Total weight up to 10kg. If the same order exceeds 10kg we charge just £3 per extra 10kg. Northern Ireland only, all products are despatched using Royal Mail post. Every attempt has been made to ensure that the cheapest carriage charges will always be available as options for you to choose in the Checkout process. For all items sent by Royal Mail, Royal Mail delivery rates and delivery targets will apply. Some areas of the UK may not be able to receive deliveries from us in the normal time. | Delivery Schedule We will normally ship your order as described here: 1/Orders placed before 10am will normally be despatched the same working day. 2/Orders placed after 10am will normally be despatched the next working day. For the UK Mainland we will normally send your order to you using our Next Day Delivery services, or Royal Mail for smaller items. For Northern Ireland we will send your order using Royal Mail services. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions beyond our control may delay despatch or delivery. We will make every attempt to despatch your order under adverse weather conditions, but we cannot be responsible for our carriers not being able to complete delivery under these circumstances. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You must let the delivery company know at the point of delivery if the goods appear damaged. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods unused within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
